Tank system

Volume: total volume 10/20/30/40/50/100/200/300/500/1000L, maximum working volume 70%.

All stainless steel tank body has no dead corners in the tank, and the side of the tank body adopts a large-view glass to observe the liquid level in the tank.

Material: Tank: SUS316L; Jacket: SUS304.

Tank lid: With defoaming, inoculation port, multiple feeding ports, exhaust ports, etc...12V (Philips) safety sight light.

Tank bottom: With fermentation tank bottom valve and discharging valve transfer port (quick connection method), special design, no dead corners and liquid accumulation, steam sterilization.

Tank body: lLng sight glass, temperature electrode interface, pH electrode interface, DO electrode interface, sampling valve port.

Design pressure: Tank body 0.3Mpa.

Jacket: Design pressure 0.3Mpa.

Surface treatment: internal and external mirror polishing, the accuracy of the tank is less than 0.4 um to reduce the chance of contamination (Using electrolytic polishing), and the accuracy of the outer surface is less than 0.6 um.

Sterilization method: Online steam sterilization (Using automatic sterilization).

Intake system

Equipped with four-way air intake, including: rotameter, mass flow meter, 2-stage sterilization filter, check valve, etc., to ensure sterile air entering the tank.

The mass flowmeter uses the Swiss Fordlin brand (repeatability: 0.2% FS, long-term stability: < 1% of the measured value/year.

Compressed air: The maximum ventilation volume is designed according to 1.5~2 VVM, 500L ventilation volume: 0-1000L/min

The controller can realize: DO correlation cascade, curve analysis, batch report analysis, alarm, data storage, etc.

Exhaust system

With tail gas discharge condenser, the specially designed tail gas discharge pipeline has no liquid accumulation and no bacteria, and the exhaust condenser valve is manually controlled. The Swiss HUBA pressure sensor detects the tank pressure, and the German Proportional control valve controls the exhaust flow and the tank pressure.

Control range: 0-0.25Mpa.

Automatic sterilization

Use German Burket pneumatic valve; during sterilization, the controller automatically controls the opening and closing of the valve.

The temperature and holding time of each stage of sterilization can be set separately, equivalent sterilization or real-time sterilization can be switched, and the real-time curve display of the sterilization operation interface Sterilization temperature changes.

Tank sterilization temperature: 100~130°C, sterilization time: 0~60min, automatic sterilization when entering the filter, automatic sterilization of the tank (manual sterilization of the sampling valve), sterilization temperature error: ±0.5°C; The program is automatically controlled.

Stir system

Adopt Schneider servo motor + reducer and driver, mechanical stirring, special standard six-blade disc turbine and inclined blade for fermentation, the blade height is adjustable and different types of stirring blades can be replaced according to the special requirements of fermentation process Stepless speed regulation, 20L speed: 10-150rpm Stepless speed regulation, 200L speed: 10-150rpm The controller can realize: DO correlation cascade, curve analysis, batch report analysis, alarm, data storage, sequence control (set according to the fermentation time zone, automatic variable control, at least 10 segments) etc...

Temperature detection control

The jacket water bath is electrically heated, and the temperature control adopts PID automatic control mode, and the PID parameter adjustment can be realized on the control software. The Pt100 electrode can be sterilized repeatedly, and the electrode correction function can be completely corrected by the system software. Temperature control: cooling water temperature +5℃-65℃±0.2℃, display temperature: 0-150℃±0.1℃ Sequential control of the fermentation process (set according to the fermentation time zone, temperature automatic variable control, at least 10 stages)

PH control

Using intelligent PID control, high control accuracy, not easy to produce fluctuations, the original imported electrode and shielded wire detection from Switzerland, the peristaltic pump switch controls the flow of acid and alkali, automatic control, automatic measurement. The electrode can be sterilized repeatedly, and the calibration function is completely calibrated by the system software.

Control range: 0~150%, ±3% fermentation process sequence control (according to fermentation time, DO automatic variable control, at least 10 stages).

Feed control

Peristaltic pump switch control (manual, automatic, and off), automatic feeding and metering (according to fermentation time, automatic variable control of feeding, at least 10 stages).

With defoaming electrode, automatic detection of foam, peristaltic pump time ratio automatically add defoamer. The role of the peristaltic pump can be selected and set on the control interface, which makes the user more convenient and flexible in actual use. Equipped with specially designed feeding pins to ensure the safe operation of feeding.

Control system

1.  With industrial control computer combined with PLC control, it adopts standard display interface, which is controlled by external host computer. At the same time, it can be operated by keyboard and mouse. The sexualized screen is simple and clear, and the operation is simple and convenient.
